Government Secrecy

We condemn the government's use of secret classifications to keep from the public information that it should have. It should always be a defense to any prosecution that information divulged shows that the government has violated the law.

We further condemn the government conducting covert military operations by using the Central Intelligence Agency or other clandestine organizations.

We call for the abolition of the covert operations of the Central Intelligence Agency and of the political activities of the Federal Bureau of Investigation..

We oppose so-called anti-terrorist measures and criminal code reforms that restrict legitimate dissent.
